How long does delivery take?

How do I return?

How long does a filter last?
We recommend changing the filter every three months. However, the filter's lifespan depends on the number of people in the household, water quality, and the length of showers. It's time to change the filter when it becomes discolored, indicating that it's filled with impurities.
What substances are reduced from the water?
Limestone, pesticides, heavy metals, PFAS, nitrates, and other harmful chemicals that typically seep into the groundwater from industry, urban areas, and consumer products.
How does it filter the water?
The filter consists of activated carbon, which works by attracting and holding organic substances on the surface as water passes through. In other words, impurities will bind to the filter as water flows through. Activated carbon has a large surface area (up to 2,000 m²/g) and millions of microscopic holes, giving it an adsorbing quality. Chemicals and impurities will accumulate in the microscopic holes, so only clean water flows through. Over time, these holes will fill up, which is why the filter needs to be replaced approximately every three months.
