Where is my package?
If you placed your order before 4:00 PM, your package will be shipped today. The tracking page may not update until later this evening. If your package is not shipped today, it will be dispatched tomorrow.
How do I return my order?

What are the shipping costs?
For orders over €40, shipping is free. For orders below this amount, delivery costs €5 to a parcel shop and €7 for home delivery.
How do you deliver?
We ship our packages with a reliable courier service. We offer both home delivery and parcel shop pickup. If you place your order before 4:00 PM, you can expect to receive your package the next day.
